All transactions occur directly between users. SwapBarang.my is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of users to complete transactions.

• Always meet in public places for exchanges
• Inspect items before completing transactions
• Report suspicious behavior immediately
• We reserve the right to investigate and take action on reported violations
